2. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions (T&C) apply to all purchases made on www.mymattime.eu.
By placing an order, the customer confirms that they have read and accepted these T&C and the Privacy Policy.

Orders submitted via the website constitute electronically concluded contracts and are subject to Hungarian law on distance contracts.

3. Ordering Process

1. The customer selects the product(s) and payment method.

2. The order is submitted electronically via the website.

3. The Store confirms the receipt of the order via email.

4. The contract is concluded upon the Store's confirmation.

4. Payment Methods

• Bank Transfer (to the account specified in the confirmation email)

• Cash on Delivery (via Foxpost parcel lockers)

• Credit Card (through STRIPE payment service provider)

5. Delivery

Orders are delivered via Foxpost parcel lockers.
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.

6. Right of Withdrawal

Customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase without reason within 14 days according to Government Decree 45/2014 (II.26).
Products must be returned to the Store's registered office:

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

7. Warranty and Liability

Customers may exercise their rights regarding defective goods in accordance with the Hungarian Civil Code (Act V of 2013).
Mandatory warranty regulations (Government Decree 151/2003 (IX.22.)) do not apply to textile products.

8. Complaint Handling & Arbitration

Complaints can be submitted via office@acreative.design.
If unresolved, customers may contact the competent Conciliation Body in their county.

Personal data is processed in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Hungarian Information Act (Act CXII of 2011).
